Mr Azmoon Ahmad is currently the Vice-President of Desay SV Automotive. His previous posts include the Managing Director and Executive Director Asia of ELMOS Semiconductor Singapore Pte Ltd, Managing Director of Continental Automotive Singapore Pte Ltd and Chief Executive Officer of Siemens VDO Automotive Pte Ltd (Singapore). He is a strong believer of the following three fundamental key success factors towards a winning organisation – operational & process management, technology management, and support from skilled & motivated employees. He has extensive experience and skillset in international and diversity management, global customer orientation, and business financial management, with two international assignments in France and China. He graduated with a Master of Finance from RMIT University (via Singapore Institute of Management) in 2005, and holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering (Major in Communications) from Nanyang Technological Institute Singapore, conferred by the National University of Singapore in 1986. He also attended top training programmes such as the Top Management Course from Siemens @ Feldafing in 2007 and the Advanced Management Programme from Babson School of Business, USA.
