Mr Muhamad Nazzim Muhamad Hussain has over 35 years of corporate experience, largely in multinational corporations (MNC), voluntary welfare organisations, and small & medium enterprises. He has developed a unique track record in operational planning, organisational excellence and turnaround management, which enabled him to implement change effectively. His 10 years as the Asia Pacific General Manager (Business Processes) with an European-based MNC has taught him the value of analysing the best way of doing every process and subsequently creating a system that makes the best way, the only way. The various aspects of the implementation were carried out in China, Indian subcontinent, ASEAN, Japan and Australasia. His broad based corporate experience covered industries that involved specialised areas like consulting, welfare services, education, technology, business advisory, sales & marketing, and cross-cultural business integration arising from mergers and acquisitions, where he developed a comprehensive manual detailing integration process and tools of newly acquired businesses.
As the Chief Operating Officer of the Vector Scorecard (VSC) Group, he brings international best practices into the implementation and regional oversight for VSC’s centres worldwide – the planning and execution of Capacity Building & Enterprise Development projects for the VSC regional operations across 28 countries worldwide.
