    Case Officer, Family Services

    Job Responsibilities

    • Case manages clients under the programmes / schemes run by Family Services department
    • Conducts full range of services appropriate to the needs of the clients
    • Maintains relevant documentation and programme statistics in accordance with the agency’s standards of practice
    • Executes assigned programmes and projects
    • Works collaboratively and effectively with other organisations for the benefit of the clients

    Requirements

    • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Social Work/Psychology or its equivalent
    • Preferably with 1 year of relevant working experience in a VWO set up
    • Candidate must be able to communicate effectively with families, parents and youths
    • Willingness to occasionally work on weekends or evenings as part of case management and/or to support department/organisational events
    • Possess social perceptiveness and empathy
    • Able to assess situations promptly and efficiently

     

    Counsellor, AMP Marriage Hub

    Job Responsibilities

    • Provides premarital or marital and couple counselling to clients at the Marriage Hub
    • Conducts workshops and/or other developmental sessions
    • Case management of clients
    • Prepares and submits proposals, reports and other statutory submissions required by the relevant government bodies or agencies
    • Administers assigned programmes and projects under the Marriage Hub

    Requirements

    • A degree in counselling
    • Possesses or is undergoing a postgraduate Diploma in Counselling or Master’s Degree in Counselling
    • At least 2-3 years of working experience in couple or family counselling
    • Strong organisational & communication skills
    • Willingness to occasionally work on weekends

     

    Executive Officer, Young AMP

    Job Responsibilities

    • Provides secretariat and administrative support for all activities and events of Young AMP
    • Manages the social media platforms and other key thrusts of Young AMP
    • Engages and contributes in the management of Common Space at Guthrie
    • Develops and initiates new initiatives for young professionals
    • Establishes or maintains network with student bodies & members
    • Manages the members’/volunteers’ database system

    Requirements

    • A diploma holder with at least one year of working experience in Event Management or Social Media
    • Good communication and outreach capabilities
    • Strong social media and networking skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office
    • Able to occasionally work on weekends and after normal office hours
