1. Principal Social Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Social Worker to lead our Family and Youth team. You will play a pivotal role in reshaping and reviewing the existing strategies, policies, and practices. You will provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to a team of social workers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that meet the needs of our clients.

Job Description:

  • Leadership & Strategic Planning
    Develop and implement strategic initiatives to advance the mission and goals of our organization. Provide visionary leadership to the social work team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Supervision & Mentorship
    Provide supervision, support, and mentorship to social work staff, promoting professional growth and development. Offer guidance on complex cases, ethical dilemmas, and best practices in social work.
  • Program Development & Evaluation
    Collaborate with stakeholders to design, implement, and evaluate social work programs and interventions. Ensure that programs are evidence-based, culturally sensitive, and responsive to the needs of our clients and communities.
  • Quality Assurance & Compliance
    Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure that social work services adhere to professional standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies. Conduct regular audits, reviews, and assessments to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration
    Work collaboratively with other departments, agencies, and community partners to enhance coordination of services and resources. Participate in multidisciplinary teams, committees, and task forces to address systemic issues and promote social justice.
  • Advocacy & Public Relations
    Serve as a spokesperson and advocate for social work issues within the organization and the broader community. Build relationships with stakeholders, policymakers, and funders to promote awareness, support, and funding for social work initiatives.

  • Job Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work or related field.
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent licensure is advantageous.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in social work practice, with 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of social work principles, theories, and techniques, with expertise in areas such as child welfare, mental health, substance abuse, or aging.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a diverse team of professionals.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

    2. Assistant Manager, Branding & Digital Marketing

    You will play a pivotal role in shaping and amplifying our brand identity and digital presence. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, you will be a key driver in executing the digital marketing initiatives in line with the organisation brand. This dynamic position requires a creative and strategic thinker with exceptional digital marketing and communications skills and a passion for building and strengthening brand equity.

  • Support the development of and implement a comprehensive branding and digital marketing strategy aligned with the organisation’s goals and values
  • Experience in creating content for and managing digital media assets, in particular Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube
  • Oversee the management of corporate website and microsites, and production of marketing collaterals and other information materials
  • Undertake editorial work for in-house publications and oversee their production
  • Monitor and analyse brand performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure brand consistency and alignment in all activities

    Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in mass communications or marketing, with at least 3 years’ relevant experience preferred
  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Good organisational and time-management skills
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Knowledge of design applications such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva and video editing software such as Filmora will be advantageous
  • Flexible to work on weekday evenings and weekends, when required
  • Note: Candidates will be required to undertake a written test as part of their interview

    3. Senior Youth Worker, Youth Hub

    We're currently seeking a passionate and dedicated senior youth worker to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in youth development and will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating programs aimed at empowering young people.

    Job Description

  • Develop and implement engaging programmes and activities for youths - addressing their social, emotional, and developmental needs.
  • Establish positive relationships with youths and their families, creating a safe and supportive environment for all clients.
  • Conduct assessments to identify the needs and interests of youths, and tailor programmes accordingly.
  • Stay informed about current trends and issues affecting youths and integrate relevant topics into programme content.
  • Provide counselling to youths when required.
  • Collaborate with community partners and stakeholders to enhance programmes and resources.
  • Provide mentorship and support to youth workers and volunteers, offering guidance and assistance as needed.

  • Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Psychology / Sociology or its equivalent. Counselling and social work qualification is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with disadvantaged youth or in a youth set-up.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with theq ability to connect with youths from diverse backgrounds.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

    4. Senior Executive Officer/Project Officer
    You will be part of the fundraising team to ensure the financial sustainability of our organization. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in fundraising and grant management, with excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

    Job Description
    • Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet the organization's financial goals.
    • Research and identify potential donors and grant-making organizations.
    • Build and maintain relationships with donors and grant-making organizations, including regular communication and reporting.
    • Write and submit grant applications, ensuring compliance with all relevant requirements and guidelines.
    • Lead and manage the fundraising and grant management team, providing guidance and support to achieve goals.
    • Develop and maintain a donor database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of donor information.
    • Analyze and report on fundraising and grant management performance, providing recommendations for improvement.
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest fundraising and grant management trends and techniques, and apply them to improve the organization's performance.

    Job Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. nonprofit management, business, communications, or marketing)
    • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in fundraising and grant management, with a proven track record of success.
    • Fresh grads with experience in managing grants application and submission are also welcome to apply.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with donors and grant-making organizations.
    • Excellent writing and presentation skills.
    • Experience managing a team.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Knowledge of fundraising software and tools.

    AMP offers internships to a select number of students each year. It is available all year with duration ranges from 3 to 6 months.

    During their internship, students will be able to develop a number of transferable skills which will be of great benefit to their future careers. The students will be attached to the various departments within AMP.
