Mr Hazni Aris is currently a Business Development Manager with TokioMarine Life. With more than a decade’s experience in sales and business development covering both business-to-consumer and business-to-business, he has worked in various international banks and insurers in diverse, as well as multicultural environments.

He graduated from Nanyang Technological University with a Bachelor Degree in Business Studies. He has been active with youth and community service since graduating from the university. He was one of the participants for an overseas youth expedition project organised by the Singapore International Foundation in 2001, where he was exposed to and helped in improving the living conditions of a remote village in central Cambodia by refurbishing a local school’s facilities and distributing alms to the needy. He was also the youth leader for the Singapore Participating Youth Contingent for the 30th Ship of the South East Asian Youth Programme. He was involved in the Community Leaders Forum (CLF) in 2010 and spearheaded the Windows on Work programme, as one of the pioneer CLF Lab Projects. The programme provides a platform for post-secondary students to learn valuable soft skills and entrepreneurship in preparing for the working world. He continues to oversee the programme when it was incorporated as a Young AMP programme in 2012.
