• The Home Access Programme is done in collaboration with Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) and National Council of Social Service (NCSS) to support low-income family with affordable home internet connectivity.

    Eligible Singaporean families can enjoy two years of subsidised fibre broadband connectivity, with an option to bundle with a tablet or smartphone.

  • The Home Access programme assists low-income families, who meet the following eligibility criteria:

    • Stays in HDB flat
    • With at least one family member staying at the same residential address who is a Singapore citizen
    • Has a monthly Gross Household Income (GHI)1 ≤ $1,900 OR Per Capita Income (PCI)2 ≤ $650
    • Neither an existing Home Access beneficiary NOR an existing NEU PC Plus beneficiary with broadband connectivity

     

    1 Monthly household income refers to the total monthly income of all family members staying at the same residential address, and this includes basic employment income, self-employed, overtime pay, allowances, cash awards, commissions and bonuses.
    2 Per Capita Income is total monthly gross household income divided by the total number of family members residing in the same residential address.

    1. Email the completed application form to digitalaccess@imda.gov.sg. Please also keep the hardcopy form as reference.

    • Documents that may be required:
      1. Copies of NRICs (both sides) of applicant and all family members staying at the same address
      2. Income documents of applicant and household members at the same address as per NRIC:

    Household with income (all working adults in household, including self-employed)

    – CPF contribution history for last 3 months; or

    – IRAS income tax assessment for the preceding assessment year; or

    – Payslip for last 3 months

    Household with no income

    – CPF contribution history of applicant and all household members (staying at same address) for last 3 months

    • Application with at least one family member who is active recipient of MSF ComCare LTA or SMTA (that receives at least 12 months of continuous assistance) only need to submit a copy of NRIC and ComCare card / notification letter.
